CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH FROZEN YOGURT

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt |
Ingredients:
1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/2 cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoons Salt
3/4 cups Mini Chocolate Chips Or Chunks
1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer, beat the butter and both sugars together.
2. Add vanilla and beat until combined.
3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, soda and salt. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and fold in gently.
5. Add yogurt and stir again.
6. Place in a container and cover with lid. Freeze until set, ~4-6 hours (I usually freeze it overnight.)
